Drinking Water for Healthy Skin



It's been 5 weeks now that I haven't drinking any pop soda, and with that I feel so good! I was trying to lose my excess belly fat after I gave birth to my son, 22 months ago. Trying to lose my belly fat is somewhat hard thing to do, though since it is not easy and quick. I guess, having ap positive outlook will help me out as well as a determination. My sister had the same problem but our cases are different, she has no kids yet. So, losing weight on her part is just a snap. So, I was looking forward of what she has been doing. It's been a while since I began working out, but it's off and on due to my busy schedules with schooling, blogging, my son and of course, I need to take care of some household chores. Despite my busy schedules, I determined not to eat fatty food, drink pop soda, and eat too much sweets. I think it helps me as well. All I did was eat more vegetables, fruits and maybe some white meat, only drink water and tea. I hope my belly fat will soon be gone.

Anyway, after 5 weeks of just drinking water and tea, I feel that my skin is even softer and smoother too. I never seen white spots on my knees anymore due to skin dryness or lack of humidity in the air. I never felt any skin chapping nor sore lips at all. I feel so wonderful. Once in a while I feel like I am going to have a sore throat due to cold weather since last year, I always got flu and congested, I just keep drinking water and it's all gone, even my stuffy nose is gone. Every time my husband touches me, he always said that my skin is even softer. Maybe, working out helps me as well to have a healthy skin, since I noticed that my face is glowing too. I'm so happy I choose to stop drinking pop or any drinks that will dehydrate me and my skin.

Water is THE BEST drink anywhere... Good for you that you stopped drinking pop! Coffee din dehydrates your skin... Pero, drinking once in a while is okay :)
