I heard that too much Caffeine was unfavorable, but if you consumed more caffeine a day, drinking plenty of water is a must because caffeinated beverages could cause dehydration, but as recently, I heard it from the news that Caffeine can be a good benefit for your skin as well, because of its ability to quickly and effectively constrict blood vessels has made it a valued topical ingredient, particularly in products designed to minimize facial reddening.
